Hi {{firstname|everyone}}

Most people think building an offshore team in India is only about lowering costs. Yes, salaries are lower compared to the UK or the US. That part is obvious. But that is not the real advantage.

What actually drives outcomes in India has nothing to do with cost. It is the talent.

The depth. The ambition. The pace at which people learn. If you have ever run an international team, you know how rare it is to find this combination at scale.

India has it in abundance.

With a population of more than 1.4 billion and most of it under 35, the capability on offer is enormous.

And this is not limited to the big cities. The strongest teams we meet today come from places most global firms never consider. Cochin. Coimbatore. Jaipur. Indore. Fast-growing ecosystems that produce skilled, English-speaking professionals who want to prove themselves.

That shift is what many organisations are finally waking up to. They are moving from outsourcing to ownership. From vendors to in-house teams, it is a different ball game altogether and creates a long-lasting value.

Check out my latest video that goes over all that and much more:

If you are even thinking about international expansion, this will give you clarity before you make your next move.
