  • Access control since not everyone needs access to every AI tool  

Most importantly, these protocols should be documented and not just implied. Offshore teams often want to “get it right” but lack clear guidance. Give them that clarity. 

Because at the end of the day, AI is only as responsible as the system it's placed in.

AI usage evolves fast and so must your oversight.
