This has been a year where many accounting leaders have had to rethink long-held assumptions. How work gets done. Where talent comes from. What technology should really be used for.
We have learned a great deal alongside you through those discussions.
As we head into the new year, I am genuinely optimistic. There is a lot of promise ahead for firms willing to rethink how they grow, operate, and build for the future.
